Moores began the practice of law in 1979 with the Lexington firm of Fowler, Measle and Bell, eventually becoming a senior partner in the firm.
On January 1, 2001, he entered solo practice. Moores’ law practice is concentrated in the area of litigation in insurance law, employment law, health care law and franchise law, with the principle focus of fraud litigation in those areas.
He is rated “A-V” by Martindale-Hubbell.
He is admitted to practice before the Kentucky Bar, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
He has been a featured lecturer for many insurance and employment law seminars and training programs.
